Glotix provides tools to dub videos, generate speech, and clone voices using AI technology. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use Glotix.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or publish using Glotix. This includes any video or audio files, voice samples, scripts, and generated outputs. By using Glotix, you agree not to create or share content that includes:
We reserve the right to remove or restrict content, and to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Yes, you may use outputs created on Glotix for commercial purposes, provided you have the necessary rights to the source material and any voices cloned. However, certain dubbing, translation, and voice features are powered by third-party AI models and infrastructure. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the licenses and terms associated with those third-party services.
All original content on Glotix, including branding, design, and source code (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Glotix or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without explicit permission.
For user-generated content, you retain ownership of your creations. However, by using Glotix, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and deliver your content on the platform and related channels for operational purposes.
You must sign in with a Google account or email to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree not to share your credentials with others. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@glotix.ai.
Glotix offers both free and paid features. Payment is accepted in USD via supported payment processors (including Stripe). Paid credit packs unlock additional dubbing and TTS capacity. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Glotix at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.
Glotix is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Services. AI-generated dubbing and speech may contain errors or inaccuracies — review outputs before publishing.
We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The most current version will always be posted at https://glotix.ai/terms. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
